If you live on one of the many waterfronts of the West Coast of Florida, you might understand the question, "Does Mother Nature spend more time on your patio than you"?
John was no different. Since he built his home, sitting on his patio at noon and the sun battered all his windows was impossible. It was hard to sit inside inside the living room and not feel the heat penetrating through the windows: Not to mention the rain and his patio furniture. Like clockwork, he could count on the afternoon thunderstorms destroying the things he loved.
John's problem was truly unique, but the solutions were simple. So - here is what we did.
Picked correct screen series (Defender Series)
Ordered a realistic rendering to show a visual of the finished product.
Removed the white relief work from the round columns.
Use powder-coated 90-degree angle Iron to create flat surfaces and square out harsh angles.
Installed the units
Connected all the in home Automations and allow John to open his screen from anywhere in the world
MagnaTrack Defender Screen System and Shutter and Shade Source gave John his patio back. We know, he sends us video.
